Was w\u00e4re, wenn die Welt in ihrem tiefsten Kern weiblich w\u00e4re?<\/p>\n

Mit dieser k\u00fchnen Frage, K\u00fcnstler Susanne Rikus<\/b>\u00f6ffnet einen vision\u00e4ren Raum \u2013 einen der tiefen Verk\u00f6rperung, inneren Souver\u00e4nit\u00e4t und Verbindung zur Natur und zur Erde. Ihre neue Serie erforscht das Weibliche nicht als Gegenst\u00fcck zum M\u00e4nnlichen, sondern als eine kraftvolle Neuerfindung dessen, wie wir leben, erschaffen und Beziehungen eingehen.<\/p>\n

\u201cDie Welt ist weiblich\u201d l\u00e4dt uns ein, unsere Perspektive zu verlagern \u2013 vom \u00e4u\u00dferen Streben zur inneren Pr\u00e4senz, von Kontrolle zu Verbindung, von Erz\u00e4hlung zu Erfahrung.<\/p>\n

Es geht hier nicht um Ausgrenzung, sondern um die Wiederherstellung eines Gleichgewichts. Unsere Menschheit k\u00f6nnte ohne die Mutter nicht existieren.<\/span><\/p>

This exhibition is an invitation to see the unknown, the invisible, to understand the soul of the world and that there is a connection between everything.

In all my works, I was concerned with the relationship between man and nature and the soul of the landscape.<\/p>\n

“Art is food for the soul, therefore it gives strength to illuminate the vision of the future.”<\/strong><\/div>\n
This time is a challenge, because the old ways are over and new ways must be seen and also initiated. Art has a great impact on society and can give a vision for the future. Art speaks out what is deep inside and can also challenge old norms and what has become internalized and habitual. Art is a crucial factor in bringing about change. Artist Susanne Rikus wants to give people the hope to be part of such forces for good themselves.

The goal is to move from fear to love and from mistrust to trust. Susanne Rikus is an international artist who not only stands behind her easel, but also runs her own gallery in one of the hottest spots on the Berlin art scene: Berlin-Mitte, Heckmann H\u00f6fe. Susanne Rikus thinks outside the box and creates a space where collectors and gallery visitors can feel a lightness and a touch of spring or infatuation. She teaches groups of young people about ancient principles and practices (Feng Shui…) that lead to a more stable and joyful life.

Hawaii and Sardinia, Mexico and Canada were the places where she studied the principles of ancient architecture and healing. Her own life was thrown into turmoil by a serious car accident that changed her life. Her motto is to never give up, embrace fear, ask questions about the future, and give others space to draw strength and create a future we love.

Visitors from all over the world come to her gallery. Her most recent art sales have been in Washington, D.C., and Barcelona – mostly to American collectors.\u00a0
She has been working as an artist since 1994, Susanne Rikus has been exhibiting her art on Artsy since 2021, and she has been running her gallery in Heckmann H\u00f6fe since 2014.

In the spaces – both real and virtual – of her own gallery, Susanne Rikus is able to break out of a conservative definition of art.

The world soul is a religious and natural philosophical concept. It is based on the idea of an analogy between the totality of the cosmos and the individual living being, especially the human being.\u00a0<\/span>

I am an artist, a graduate engineer in architecture (FH), director of this gallery – and always in search of the wisdom of ancient cultures and their way of connecting with the world.<\/span>

My research took me to Mexico, Hawaii, Sardinia, Malta, Stonehenge (England) and Carnac (France).<\/span>

The title “Anima Mundi” stands for the world soul and the hidden mystery behind the forms of the visible.<\/span>

The architects of the Middle Ages recognized our deeper connection with the world soul.<\/span>

In 2019, at the Archaeological Museum of Naples, I was able to see works by Antonio Canova, a Renaissance artist.<\/span>

With him, and in Florence with other artists of the time, I studied how they transferred the invisible structure of the World Soul into architecture, paintings or sculptures and made it tangible for us.<\/span>
\u00a0<\/span>
There is a series on this in this exhibition: photographs with painting transferred to acrylic glass (transfer art).<\/span>

Other series on Hawaii, as well as nudes of women and also new acrylic paintings on canvas.<\/span>

They were made to show that in a space of silence you can leave the world behind and go deeper into the mystery.<\/span>

For me, it’s about searching for the hidden meaning of our creation.<\/span>

How does our soul work?<\/span>

In 2007 I founded the Alohana Institute (Coaching & Psychotherapy) and help people to heal their traumas and to unfold their rich potential.<\/span>

Art became more and more a tool for me to heal and to be even closer to the world (human & nature) with it.\u00a0<\/span>

We are more than one person having an experience, or one group. In reality, we are all one – invisible patterns connect us to others around the globe.<\/span>
\u00a0<\/span>
My father was a professor of architecture and we also spent a lot of time in the forest, where he showed me how to make fire with water and how to survive in the wilderness.<\/span>

He showed me the beauty in creation e.g. a flower, the divine peace in it.<\/span>

He discovered forgotten places thousands of years old, where rituals were performed in ancient times. These places had connection with planets, the stars and with other neighboring places.<\/span>

I also studied our connection to the earth and the cosmos in the temple buildings in Hawaii (since 1998) and in Sardinia (since 2007).<\/span>

I love to explore the unknown and have also studied with shamans, for example in Hawaii and Canada.<\/span>
